A Sweet Race for a Magical Cause!

The Cookie Fix Cookie Crusher 5K/10K is the first of many new races joining the Alabama Race Series, expanding our mission to even more communities, brought to you by the team behind BHM26.2! Presented by Cookie Fix, this deliciously fun race takes place at Back Forty in Huntsville on Saturday, May 16!

Participants can choose between a 5K or 10K, making this event perfect for everyone, from first-time runners to those looking to crush a longer distance.

This event isn’t just about crushing miles, it’s about making life sweeter for children in Alabama. ALL proceeds benefit Magic Moments, the only wish-granting organization dedicated exclusively to children in Alabama facing chronic life-threatening or acute life-altering conditions.

Get ready for the Kids 200-Yard Dash, the perfect way for the youngest racers to join in on the fun at the Cookie Fix Cookie Crusher! Sponsored by Lili Pad, this exciting dash is open to kids of all ages and gives them a chance to sprint to the finish and be part of race day excitement.

Registration is required.

All participants will receive:

A special treat at the finish line

✅ Jaycee Community Center Lot — Located in the top right of the map, just a short walk from the start/finish line.

🚫 Please do NOT park at Bullet & Barrel — That lot is off-limits on race day!

Registration
How do I register?
You can register online at www.alabamaraceseries.com. We do not accept phone or email entries.
How can I confirm my registration?
After registering, you can confirm your entry by logging into RunSignup, selecting “My Races,” and checking your registration status. Final confirmation details will be emailed two weeks before the event.
What do I receive with my registration?
Each registered participant will receive:
✅ Official Race Bib with timing chip
✅ Race T-Shirt & Swag Bag (picked up at Packet Pickup)
✅ Water along the course
✅ Post-Race Treat from Cookie Fix 🍪
✅ Finisher’s Medal when you cross the finish line
What if I cannot participate after registering?
All registrations are non-refundable. If you cannot participate, your registration will be converted into a donation to Magic Moments, benefiting children in Alabama.

Can I change my t-shirt size at Packet Pickup?
No, due to pre-ordered shirts, we are unable to change sizes.
Can someone else pick up my packet?
Yes! They must bring a copy of your valid photo ID.
Do you offer race-day packet pickup?
Yes! Limited race-day packet pickup will be available from 8AM - 9AM at the start line.

Are strollers, bikes, or pets allowed?
For safety reasons, bikes, rollerblades, and pets are NOT allowed. Strollers are welcome but will start at the end of the corral!
Do all proceeds go to Magic Moments?
Yes! 100% of proceeds benefit Magic Moments, granting life-changing experiences to children in Alabama.
Additional Race Day FAQs
Will the event be canceled for bad weather?
We will monitor conditions and follow event safety protocols. If severe weather occurs, we will notify all participants as early as possible.
Where are medical and water stations located?
Medical and hydration stations will be available along the course. Exact locations will be shared closer to race day.
Do you offer cash prizes?
No, in order to maximize our donation to Magic Moments, we do not offer cash prizes. However, award certificates will be given to top finishers and you must be present to receive your award!
